Proof of work

I don't just consult on software. I build it.

These are live. Click through and look around. Then look at the admin I built so the work actually runs — dashboards, holds, inventory, the unglamorous parts.

SaaS product

ProgramChamp

Kids class registration software for studios that run classes and birthday parties. I built the public product and the staff dashboard studios actually run day to day.

Staff dashboard

On the site

  • Parents browse a studio’s classes and sessions and register online
  • Cart checkout with Stripe — discounts, tax, and class packages in one payment
  • Birthday party booking with live time slots, holds, waitlists, and guest waivers
  • A parent portal for kids’ profiles, registrations, billing, documents, and messages
  • Waitlists that email a claim link when a seat opens
  • Recurring tuition and memberships billed through Stripe Connect
  • Magic links so a parent can pick up a half-finished signup without starting over

Staff dashboard

  • A staff dashboard of programs, registrations, parties, and what needs attention
  • Attendance taking from a phone during class
  • Calendars for classes and parties, including printable PDFs
  • Family, kid, and staff records with roles — owner, instructor, front desk, finance
  • Orders, balances, payment requests, and Stripe payouts
  • Staff-to-family messaging, lead forms, and automated reminders
  • Studio branding, a public listing page, and imports from tools like Jackrabbit

Custom shop

Magnet Memories

A shop for Maya’s hand-painted magnets. Customers browse and request a hold. She manages inventory, custom ideas, orders, and expenses from a studio login built around her workflow.

Studio workflow

On the site

  • A phone-first shop of magnets that are actually available to hold
  • Piece pages with photo galleries, price, and a hold request
  • A custom-request form for something that doesn’t exist yet
  • Held and sold states so two people can’t grab the same magnet
  • An about page for Maya’s studio story, pickup or mail, and Venmo — nothing is charged on the site
  • Share images so a piece can be posted to Facebook or Instagram

Studio workflow

  • A studio home with new holds and custom ideas in one place
  • Inventory: add magnets, photos, a cover image, category, and availability
  • Confirm, decline, or complete a hold
  • A custom-request thread — reply, approve, turn it into a shop piece, or archive it
  • Orders with paid/unpaid and fulfillment steps
  • Expenses so she can see what materials cost versus what sold
  • Per-photo color and look adjustments for the shop
  • Sharing settings and the studio login
