Kids class registration software for studios that run classes and birthday parties. I built the public product and the staff dashboard studios actually run day to day.

You already have software
I help small and growing businesses fix the technology that's slowing them down — from broken workflows and disconnected systems to manual processes, websites that don't convert, and software that almost does what you need.

The usual situation
Don't buy more software. Don't hire another specialist just yet. Let's figure out what's actually broken and fix the right thing.
01
Your CRM, website, payment system, and spreadsheets should probably be talking to each other.
02
Let's build the workflow or portal that removes the bottleneck.
03
Let's figure out where the funnel is breaking instead of throwing more money at ads.
04
Sometimes you don't need new software. You need the right integration, automation, or custom piece around what you already have.
05
I'll look at the whole system and help you decide what is actually worth doing.
Why this is different
You don't need another vendor handing you a 40-page proposal and disappearing into a project queue.
You tell me what's wrong. I look at the technology, workflow, product, and business context around it. Then I tell you what I'd fix, automate, build, or leave alone.
If I can help, I do the work myself or work directly with the people you already have.
Most projects start with a clearly defined problem and a fixed scope — so you know what you're paying for before we start.
One problem
You tell me what's wrong, in plain English.
One plan
I look at the technology, the workflow, and the business around it.
One person
I do the work myself, or I work directly with the people you already have.
How I help
You bring the problem. I figure out the solution — then fix it, automate it, build what's missing, or help you decide.

A fractional CTO is someone to guide your technology decisions and strategy — starting at $3,000/month, scoped to your priorities. Not more support hours.
Fractional CTO for small businessAlso · On call
An on-call developer for $249/month. You get someone to email when something breaks, you're choosing software, or you want a second opinion. Development projects are quoted separately and only start with your approval.
Guides
Short pages for the decisions people actually search for — with prices and a clear next step.

On-call developer vs hiring
A full-time developer is a six-figure hire. An on-call developer is $249/month for guidance, with build work quoted separately when you actually need it.

Which service
On-Call Tech is $249/month for someone to turn to when you need technical help. Fractional CTO starts at $3,000/month for someone to guide technology decisions and strategy. They are not two prices for the same inbox.

Fractional CTO
A fractional CTO guides technology decisions and strategy without a full-time executive hire. SiteLifters starts at $3,000/month. This is leadership — not more support hours, and not unlimited development.

ChatGPT vs an on-call developer
Use ChatGPT for first drafts and late-night questions. When a confident answer could cost you money — or talking isn't enough — you need someone who knows your systems. That's $249/month.

Long Island
SiteLifters is based on Long Island, New York, and works with local businesses here and remotely. On-call developer help is $249/month. Fractional CTO starts at $3,000/month.

The name
SiteLifters (plural) is me — Jess — hands-on technology consulting from Long Island. Sitelifter (singular) is a different company: an AI tool that scores landing pages.
What the work looks like
Concrete problems. Clear scopes. Not a catalog of services — examples of the kind of work I actually take on.
Turn a process that takes your staff hours every week into an automated workflow connecting your existing tools.
Website → CRM → Stripe → email → reporting, without someone copying data between them.
A customer portal, internal dashboard, custom registration workflow, reporting tool, or other functionality your existing software doesn't provide.
Find the friction, simplify the experience, and fix the parts of the funnel that are keeping visitors from becoming customers.
Architecture, infrastructure, UX, technical debt, integrations, and the decisions that need to happen before growth makes the problem more expensive.
The technical work behind that can include web development, CRM and Stripe integrations, custom software, business process automation, and fractional CTO support. We just don't start from a menu.
About
Not a bench of consultants. Not a handoff to someone you've never met. Me.
I'm Jess. The business is SiteLifters — plural, on purpose. I'm based on Long Island, New York, and I work with small businesses here and remotely — more on technology consulting on Long Island. I've spent 20+ years across software, product, and digital marketing, including more than five years as a CTO. In that role I helped grow a SaaS business from roughly $300K to $1.5M+ in annual revenue.
The work wasn't just the platform. It was product UX, infrastructure, SEO, ads, and the landing pages that actually brought people in. Organic search became about half of traffic.
I can write the code. I can also sit with you and decide whether the thing that's bothering you should be fixed, automated, built, replaced, or left alone.
If you already have developers or vendors, I can work with them. If you don't, I can do the work myself.
If Google sent you here after searching “sitelifter,” there is another company that uses the singular name. SiteLifters is not Sitelifter.
Proof of work
Real sites in market — click through and look around. Each one also has an admin I built so the work actually runs: dashboards, holds, inventory, the unglamorous parts.

Custom shop
A shop for Maya’s hand-painted magnets. Customers browse and request a hold. She manages inventory, custom ideas, orders, and expenses from a studio login built around her workflow.

How this works
01
Send me the problem in plain English. No technical vocabulary required.
02
I'll look at the systems, workflow, technology, and business context around it.
03
Fix it, automate it, build something, replace something, or leave it alone.
04
I can do the work directly or work with your existing team and vendors.
